Refurbishment and extension of the former Indústria Alimentar Trofense building into the headquarters of Trofa Town Hall. The site is located south of the urban centre, on the edge of the now-disused railway line — an area where the city loses density and where the discontinuity of the urban fabric is visible. The site covers an area of 6,200.85 m². Its long, narrow geometry ran parallel to the former railway line and ended in a pointed shape facing north.
