Renovation of an apartment from the 1980s, focused on integrating the kitchen and social areas. The proposal removed physical barriers, creating a fluid transition between the living room, dining area and kitchen, through materials such as a marine plywood ceiling with French oak and flooring that combines hexagonal mosaic tiles with sustainable vinyl parquet. The laundry area was discreetly integrated into the kitchen. The project prioritised sustainability and energy efficiency in the selection of materials and equipment.
